**Kalahari Hotel Check-In – Tax Exemption**

In order to ensure a successful check-in at the Kalahari, there is now a dedicated team that approves completed Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, and Purchase orders to ensure validity prior to attachment to the reservations before check-in. All forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advance of your stay to Kalahari at wireservationssupport@kalahariresorts.com or fax them to 608-254-6116. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their personal cards; since the Front Desk will not accept these forms at check-in.

The Kalahari kindly requests a completed S-211 Form to have the taxes excluded from your reservation. Please note, this may be a new requirement for many, however they are updating their processes to remain compliant with the State of Wisconsin, which now only accepts the S-211 form for tax-exempt stays.

For your convenience, here is a link to a blank copy of the S-211 Form for you to complete. When returning the form, please also include the following details to help them locate and update your reservation:
 – Confirmation Number
 – Guest Name
 – Arrival Date

If you have any urgent questions or need immediate assistance, please feel free to contact their Reservation Guides at 1-877-525-2427. Their team is available daily from 6:00 AM to 12:00 midnight to assist you.
